Please, take the time to read through the guidelines below to better understand the actions we are taking to safely reopen Phoenix Theatres. Thank you for your cooperation to help create a safe environment for everyone.

UPDATED - February 1, 2021

In-theatre concessions are now available at all locations.

We are pleased to announce that Beacon Cinema will reopen on February 26th, 2021. It's been a long year but movies are almost back in Pittsfield.

In the summer of 2020, a historic alliance of 315 companies representing over 30,000 screens nationwide have come together to commit to implementing expert-backed industry-specific health and safety protocols. This program, commissioned by the National Association of Theatre Owners, puts the health and safety of our guests and employees at the center of movie theater operations across the country.

When you see the CinemaSafe logo, you can rest assured your cinema is doing — and insisting on — everything possible to ensure your safe & healthy return to the movies!

Auditoriums
Social Distancing Layouts

Seating layouts will automatically follow social distancing protocols. Seating capacities will be reduced to the standards set by local government officals. A checkered seating layout will be created in all auditoriums by removing pairs of seats to establish six-feet of distance between guests. All of the existing aisle ways in the auditoriums are 6ft from seat back to seat back creating a safe distance on all sides. Seats, armrests and cupholders will be properly disinfected between every screening.
